In this short episode, I go over the backstory to why I do endurance events to push myself. I also talk a little bit about the 100-Mile bike race I completed and then I challenge you to a workout, to push yourself, and to meet yourself...and why it even matters.
This week we have Scott Carney, who is the author of the book "What doesn't kill us." We talk about Wim Hof breathing, cold exposure, and lots of things that can make you a better human. This was a Garage Gym Athlete request so if you have any we take them seriously and this is proof, so be sure to let us know who you want on the show!
End of Three Fitness has completed a huge milestone of 1,000,000 training sessions completed over the last 6 years!!
And so we are giving away a FREE Rogue Fitness Barbell!! All you have to do is leave a 5-Star Review and positive comment and you are entered to win!!
To be honest, this was never a goal we set out to achieve. It was something we realized would be possible about 6 months ago after pulling workouts, training session archives, etc.
Now, if you are wondering how the math works out on something like 1 Million Training Sessions...If you were to have 641 athletes complete 5 training sessions per week for 6 years, you'd be at 1,000,000 training sessions.
No easy task.
Obviously, the math for us has been more exponential in nature and not a perfect average over the last 6 years. Having run many programs simultaneously, multiple iterations of programs like SHRED and ACCELERATE, over 5,000 athletes using One Man One Barbell, posting daily workouts for 6 YEARS, over 1,000 Garage Gym Athletes killing it every day in their garage, etc.
We did it! And I say thank you, to you!
