Eric speaks internationally at academic conferences for fitness, nutrition and strength and conditioning. He has a lot of more credentials you can check out and hear about. So we dabble in all of these topics and more.

This week we have one of our own athletes, James Slade. He's been on the Garage Gym Athlete podcast and he's been an athlete of ours for a long time. What James has been working on is Keto and being a garage gym athlete. A lot of our athletes have expressed interest in Keto and we had had some specialists on relating to the subject we wanted somebody on that is doing the same training they are and seeing results and giving tops on how to best do Keto while doing our type of training. We also talk about how i will now be doing the Keto diet because its one thing to research something and give advice but its best to talk from experience.
